Commerce Bank Employee Art Show II

The second annual Commerce Bank Employee Art Show features work from 22 Kansas City metro bank employees. The artwork was anonymously selected by a judging committee, and six awards were presented at the opening reception. Each of the winning artists was awarded a contribution to the not-for-profit organization of his or her choice.

  • Best in Show: Jack Scott, “No Parking,” photograph

  • 1st place 2D: Linda Callen, “Along an Alaskan Highway,” watercolor

  • 1st place photography: Rob Robinson, “Perelandra Flamingo,” digital photograph

  • 1st place 3D: Gary Heinen, “The Vase,” ceramic

  • Honorable Mention: Joe Calton, “Tent & Truss,” photograph

  • Honorable Mention: Andrew Martin, “Attraction,” oak, rare earth magnets

Visitors to The Box Gallery are encouraged to vote for their favorite work of art until February 28. The artwork with the most votes will win the “People’s Choice Award” and the opportunity to donate to a non-profit organization of their choice.
